Hi! First of all, thank you for visiting my page! Your support means the world to me.
Now, some tidbits about me...
I was born a few decades ago in the beautiful country of Costa Rica. One can say that's where my love for photography first began. My father, a truck driver with an itch for the road, was who started my life as a bit of a nomad with a photography addiction. We made our first big move to the good ol' US of A before my teens. I then bounced around New Jersey, Florida, and finally Hawaii where I've spent the best part of the last decade. Somewhere in between all those moves I began working for an environmental consulting company, graduated with a B.S. in Finance, and traveled the world as much as possible.
Due to all the aforementioned bouncing, there's not one place I can really call 'home'. If anything, the only place I feel most at home is when I'm surrounded by nature - whether it's out in the mountains listening to a refreshing waterfall or underwater swimming next to a school of fish. Nature is what drives me to continue to shoot, it inspires me to be a better person, to care more, to speak for those without a voice. I hope if my photos do anything at all, is that they have the same effect on you that nature has on me. Often times, in our highly privileged civilization we get carried away with our wants. We willfully ignore the damage our habits are causing and look away. Through my photos I hope you see there is so much more to life than the societal pressures to keep up with the Jones's. There are beautiful animals and ecosystems out there that need our protection.
Ahem...I got a little carried away there but you get the jist of it. Nature is what fuels me, what fuels the content in this page. I hope you enjoy the images I've captured.
